Moderation Tools: Automated and manual moderation features including warnings, kicks, bans, and content filtering

Staff Management: Activity tracking, shift logging, and comprehensive staff analytics

ER:LC Integration: Server management tools and Roblox account linking capabilities

Server Administration: Role management, channel control, and community features

Activity Notices: Leave of absence requests and activity status management

Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the bot or its systems

Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct when interacting with the bot

Not use the bot for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or malicious purposes

Ensure you have proper permissions before adding the bot to any Discord server

Not share or distribute your access credentials or attempt to create unauthorized accounts

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible through our Discord server

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features with reasonable notice

Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice to maintain security and stability

We may update bot commands, features, and functionality to improve user experience

Warden Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues resulting from bot usage or malfunction

Server administrators are solely responsible for their moderation decisions and policies

We are not responsible for user-generated content or actions taken by server members

Integration with third-party services (Discord, Roblox) may be subject to their availability and policies

Premium features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled

Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for unused subscription periods

Premium benefits are non-transferable between servers or users

Cancellation can be done at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period

Premium pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or Discord's policies

Users may discontinue service at any time by removing the bot from their servers

Data may be retained for a reasonable period after termination for legal and operational purposes

Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from all services

Appeals for suspensions can be submitted through our Discord support server

Warden Bot, its code, features, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the bot for its intended purposes

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services

User-generated content remains the property of the respective users and servers

These terms are governed by applicable local and international laws

Disputes should first be addressed through our support channels

We encourage good faith resolution of any issues or concerns
